BarCodeCam™

Have a Webcam? Want to read Barcodes? All you need to run BarCodeCam is a Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP PC and a webcam. (BarCodeCam also works with digital cameras, scanners, and other devices that support a Video for Windows interface.) BarCodeCam eliminates the need to use specialized barcoding hardware, and is easy to use.

BarCodeCam also allows you to read barcodes into the Windows clipboard, a text document, or to insert them directly into the keyboard buffer to "type" the keystrokes into your existing Windows applications. Using this feature you can enter barcodes quickly into a database, spreadsheet, word processing document, or other software.

BarCodeCam can be set to scan continuously, or can be controlled by a pre-defined hotkey combination. Three window modes can be used in BarCodeCam: Main Screen Mode, where the user can configure the program; Preview Pane Mode, helpful for use in conjunction with other Windows programs; and System Tray Mode, where the program displays its scanning status in the Windows System Tray.

BarCodeIt™

BarCodeIt allows you to pick up the other side of your barcoding needs - generating and/or printing barcodes. Barcodes are generated for easy insertion into other documents or standalone printing. Compatible with all Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP operating systems.

Developer Components

ActiveX components are also available for software developers wishing to create programs that utilize barcode reading and/or printing capabilities. The utilities can be used to read barcode data or to generate barcodes within your current applications.
